Cancellation Policy

This Online Booking Policy governs all reservations made through our official website, or any authorised online platform for Plus91 Studios ("we," "our," "us"). By making a booking online, you ("customer," "player," "user") agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Reservations - Bookings can only be made through our official online channels. - All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. - Each booking is valid only for the selected date, time slot, and gaming setup chosen during the reservation. 2. Payments - Full payment must be made online at the time of booking. - We accept UPI & Cash displayed at checkout. - Prices may vary depending on the selected console, or other gaming services. 3. Cancellation - Studio-Initiated Cancellation: If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, maintenance, etc.), you may reschedule. 4. Rescheduling - Customers may request to reschedule their booking at least 4 hours in advance, subject to availability. - Rescheduling is not guaranteed during peak hours or special events. 5. Check-In & Usage - Customers must check in at the studio at least 10 minutes before their session. - Bookings are valid only for the allotted duration; extensions are subject to availability and additional charges. - Sharing of booking slots without prior approval is not allowed. 6. Conduct & Responsibility - Customers are responsible for using the gaming equipment safely and respectfully. - Any intentional damage to property, consoles, or accessories will result in charges. - Food and beverages may be restricted inside the gaming area (as per studio rules). 7. Memberships & Reward Points - Online bookings are automatically eligible for reward points under our loyalty program. - Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. 8. Liability Disclaimer - We are not responsible for technical interruptions, internet outages, or third-party payment gateway issues beyond our control. - We are not liable for any personal injury, loss of belongings, or accidents during gameplay. 9. Policy Updates - Plus91 Studios reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website.
