Booking Policy

  • All sessions must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled booking time. This ensures your session starts on time and you receive the full duration of your booking.

  • 10-minute no-show policy: If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your scheduled booking time and have not informed us, your booking will be automatically cancelled and forfeited. The slot may be reassigned to another customer without prior notice.

  • If you are running late, please contact us immediately at +91 77090 74480 or contact@plus91studios.com so we can hold your slot where possible.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Code of Conduct

  • No smoking, vaping, or tobacco products of any kind — including cigarettes, bidis, hookah, e-cigarettes, and vape devices — are permitted on or near the premises.

  • No chewing tobacco, pan, gutkha, supari, or any similar oral tobacco products are permitted inside or around the premises. Spitting of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the studio.

  • No alcohol is to be consumed, brought in, or requested on the premises at any time.

  • No drugs or controlled substances of any kind. Zero tolerance. Violators will be asked to leave immediately and authorities may be notified.

  • No abusive language, discrimination, or hate speech based on caste, religion, gender, sex, race, or any other identity. We are an inclusive space — everyone is welcome and must be treated with dignity.

  • Please refrain from consuming food near gaming setups, equipment, or displays to prevent damage and maintain hygiene.

Personal Belongings

  • Plus91 Studios is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises — including mobile phones, wallets, keys, accessories, bags, and any other valuables.

  • We strongly advise all customers to keep their belongings with them at all times and not leave valuables unattended.

  • By entering the premises, customers acknowledge and accept that Plus91 Studios holds no liability for any personal property loss or damage during their visit.

  • Please take care of your belongings. If you find a lost item, kindly hand it over to our staff immediately.

Equipment & Gaming Rules

  • All gaming equipment, peripherals, and studio property must be handled with care. Deliberate misuse or damage will be charged to the responsible customer.

  • Customers are not permitted to modify, disassemble, or tamper with any studio equipment, settings, or installations without explicit staff approval.

  • In-game purchases, microtransactions, DLCs, or any paid add-ons will not be entertained or facilitated on studio systems. Any such purchase made without authorisation — whether intentional or accidental — will be the sole financial responsibility of the customer, and the full amount will be recovered accordingly.

  • Any damage caused must be reported to staff immediately. Attempts to conceal damage may result in being banned from future visits.

  • Unauthorised downloads or in-game purchases made on studio systems are the customer's sole liability. Plus91 Studios will recover any charges incurred without exception.

General Guidelines

  • Plus91 Studios reserves the right to refuse service or ask any customer to leave if they are found to be in violation of these policies, behaving disruptively, or causing discomfort to others.

  • Customers are expected to respect fellow visitors and staff at all times. Confrontational or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • These policies apply to all three verticals — Plus91 Studios (Gaming), Plus91 Shop (Toys & Collectables), and Plus91 Creations (3D Printing).

  • Plus91 Studios reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The most current version will always be displayed on our website and at the premises.

  • By entering our premises or making a booking, you agree to abide by these policies.
